Order, Delivery, Warranty, Defect/Return Process
For our registered customers who wish to shop on our website, after entering credit card information, the order amount is transferred to our accounts once the bank approves the transaction. In the case of bank transfer payments, the order can only be shipped after confirmation from the accounting department. Our company does not initiate the shipping and delivery process for orders whose payment is not approved and/or not visible in our accounts and cannot be held responsible in this regard.
Your orders are handed over to the courier on the same day after bank approval. Depending on the distance to the delivery address, the courier company will deliver the order within 1-3 days. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed for delivery the next day.
All selected products will be delivered to you with a warranty through the courier companies we work with. It is important to check whether the product has been damaged during delivery. Upon receiving the order, you should inspect the package for any tears, bends, signs of moisture, or other issues. Additionally, we recommend ensuring that the products in the package match those listed on the invoice.
The tracking number for the package can be obtained online from the website or by contacting the customer relations representative. Delays caused by the courier company will be their responsibility.
Products purchased by order are delivered to the address using a transport vehicle by a company representative on the same day, provided the product is in stock and located in the same city.
The warranty period for products starts from the invoice date. Details regarding warranty conditions are available in the “Warranty and Return Conditions” section. Product Warranty Periods:
- Server Products – Refurbished: 1-year warranty
- Network Products – Refurbished: 1-year warranty
- Batteries, Power Supply, Backup – Refurbished: 3-month warranty
- Promotional Products – Refurbished: Warranty specific to the promotion (15 days, 1 month, 2 months, etc.)
- Fiber Products: 2-year warranty
- SSD-Memory Products: 2-year warranty or exceeding the maximum TBW (Total Bytes Written) value
- Accessory Products: 6-month warranty
Product returns are made within 14 days, adhering to the return conditions. After 14 days, the return process is no longer possible. Specially ordered products or those from international orders cannot be canceled or returned.
In the following situations, the product will be considered out of warranty:
Expiration of the warranty period; Improper packaging; Cracks or breaks in the product; Tampering with or missing screws on the product; Removal of the label from the product; Impacts, scratches, or deformations of the product; Malfunctions occurring during unsafe transport; Modifications or tampering with electronic components; Burned or smoke-damaged chips; Damage to any part of the product; Incorrect connection, breakage, or damage to intermediate cables; Alteration or inability to read the serial number; Painting or staining of the product; Application of labels that cannot be removed or traces of removed labels; Damage caused by natural disasters; Exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or excessive dust; Issues caused by viruses; Malfunctions due to electrical networks; Modification or deletion of software installed on devices by unauthorized persons; Incorrect installation of BIOS or firmware; Liquid infiltration into the product; Tampering with the product by unauthorized persons.
If you encounter issues with products purchased from cumparamsecondhand.com, you need to complete the RMA form online. After completing the form, our authorized technical staff will contact you as soon as possible to provide information. Once the technical staff checks the product and confirms the warranty, you will be able to send the product. Products sent without RMA approval will not be accepted.
When filling out the RMA defect form:
- The product’s serial number must be written,
- A description of the product’s condition must be provided,
- A photo of the product with the visible serial number must be attached,
- The product’s invoice number must be included,
- A mobile phone number or email for contact must be added,
- Confirmation must be made by pressing the “Apply” button.
Product delivery is the buyer’s responsibility, and cash-on-delivery parcels are not accepted. Please track the shipment of the parcel through the courier company. Responsibility for shipment, losses during transportation, product damage, etc., lies with the buyer. For products sent for RMA purposes, proper packaging is very important, as improper packaging can lead to product damage and loss of warranty. If the product’s defect is caused by customer use or if the product has been used, returning or exchanging it will not be possible.
